Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Hotel Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• You will be managing a hotel that provides varied accommodation, a 2-rosette restaurant, and a variety of other dining options.
• You’ll share a thoughtful, guest-centred approach to service and bring a meticulous attention to detail and a genuine warmth to guests and team alike.
• You will be able to lead, motivate, inspire, and develop over 100 loyal employees.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for their P&L and will be able to set targets for the team, as well as respond to changes in business levels and the market in general.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager in a similar establishment is essential.
• Due to the rural location, you will require your own transport.
• You’ll report into the MD for hotels, so financial acumen is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to prioritise workload to complete all tasks to high standards.
