Role Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and commercially astute Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our operation while maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will combine hospitality expertise with strong financial knowledge to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire our dedicated hotel team
2. Drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
4. Oversee daily operations across all departments
5. Maintain exceptional guest service standards
6. Manage P&L responsibilities
7. Control costs while maintaining quality standards
8. Develop and implement business strategies
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Build and maintain key client relationships

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Deputy Manager within 4 pushing 5 stars (modern)
2. Strong financial and commercial awareness
3. Experience in budget management and P&L
4. Excellence in revenue management
5. Understanding of key performance indicators
6. Strong leadership and team development skills
7. Ability to drive sales and identify business opportunities
8. Experience with hotel management systems
9. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years' management experience in luxury hospitality
2. Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Experience in a similar boutique or luxury property
6. Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
