WHO ARE THEY?

We are seeking a charismatic, dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality to oversee all aspects of our clients’ multi outlet operations of a stunning boutique hotel, bar, restaurant and multiple events spaces.

You will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and staff development. You will work closely with the operations teams to maintain high standards in all operational areas, including housekeeping, reception, food & beverage, maintenance and all event spaces.

YOUR DNA

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of hotel operations.
3. Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
4. Hands on, exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in hotel management systems and software.
7. Be passionate and love hospitality.
