Job Title:Hotel Management Trainer Assessor

Full training and support willbegiventocandidatestoachieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Location:Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Slough and surrounding areas

Salary:£29,900 - £31,800 (Depending on qualifications)

Type:Full-time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

- Must have experience of working as a Front of HouseManager within a Hotel setting(F&B; Food Production; Reception; Housekeeping).

- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (although not essential if strong competency is evidenced).

- Confident to support/deliver Functional Skills Maths and English (full training provided)

- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

- Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2 and 3, toinclude:Food Production, Food andBeverage Service and Hospitality Management - plus any other front of house related qualifications.

- Deliveringvia a blended learning approach(Remote/online delivery and some face-to-facelearning).

- Managing your diary efficientlytoensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.

- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

- Support,advise and motivate learners.

- Overcome barrierstolearning andadapt deliverytomeet learner’s needs.

- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and generaladministration.

Personal Skills:

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the abilitytoplan your time effectively.

- Confident and professional with the abilitytoinspire and motivate people.
