The Role:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead and inspire a talented team. As Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operation, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and driving the business forward. With a focus on both the extensive conference and leisure business, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless guest experiences and achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to all hotel departments, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and conference operations.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee the management of the hotel’s conference and event facilities, ensuring smooth operations and successful business growth.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that empowers employees to excel.

About You:

  • A proven track record as Hotel General Manager with significant experience in a leadership role within a 4-star or similar hotel environment.
  • Strong experience managing conference and event business, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on exceptional service.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
  • A guest-centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who can drive growth and continuously improve operations.
