What you'll bring to the team

Hotel Receptionist

Location: Thorpe Park

Hours: Full time, part time, weekends & holidays

Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay
• Liaising with housekeeping regarding room allocations, status, and special requirements
• Effectively dealing with guests' feedback or minor issues
• Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and following procedures regarding guest safety deposit boxes

• Friendly and approachable
• Exceptional customer service
• Enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Integrity with handling guest property

Due to the nature of this role, we will only accept applications from those candidates over the age of 18. Working hours will include weekends and holidays as required.
