Hotel Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and update the property management system.
- Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or credit card transactions securely.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Knowledge of local attractions.
Compensation
$11 - $14 hourly
