Job Vacancy: Project Manager

Are you driven and organised with a desire to deliver high quality project management services? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish project briefs, agree procurement process and set up project processes.
  2. Manage the end to end process of projects, leading and coordinating supplier teams.
  3. Ensure design specifications are met throughout the project.
  4. Manage the risk and change processes.
  5. Financial management of projects including raising invoices and tracking budgets.
  6. Liaise and advise both internal and external teams on project progress and viability.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record of leading and delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, ideally within the hospitality industry, with experience in hotel and restaurant refurbishment and renovations.
  2. Ability to lead/operate in a multiple-project environment.
  3. Confidence in advising clients on project-related issues.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A good team member and leader who sets an example for others to follow.
  6. Professionally qualified, or working towards professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar).
  7. Degree or HNC level qualification.
  8. PRINCE2 and CAD desirable.
