The Role
As Host you will play a key role in shaping our guests' experience from the very first impression to the final farewell. You will expertly manage our reservation system to maximise efficiency, delivering excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards of presentation. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.

About You

• Experience in a fast-paced, luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant
• Strong relationship-building skills for delivering a personalised guest experience
• Excellent communication with guests, team, and external partners
• Proven team collaboration across departments
• Effective under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented in maintaining service and presentation standards
• Passionate about hospitality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
