Job description

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at CBRE (Henrietta House).

Location: CBRE
Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 till 15:00 + overtime

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and design innovative salad and finger food menus
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
  • Responsible for the running of the hospitality section from working breakfast to fine dining lunches, including sandwich lunches
  • Responsible for some fine dining, around 10 covers a month
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and storage areas
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling
