Job description

Hospitality Manager - Tadworth

Up to £35,000 per annum

Mainly Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm with occasional evening and weekend hospitality cover.

We’re looking for a confident and capable Hospitality Manager to lead and elevate our site in Tadcaster. You’ll manage hospitality services ensuring seamless execution and top-tier service.

In this role, you’ll also deputise for the General Manager, providing operational leadership and ensuring excellence across all areas of the site when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hospitality operations
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
  • Plan and execute hospitality events
  • Work closely with the General Manager to support overall site performance
  • Drive innovation in food & service, aligning with client expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships effectively

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally within contract catering
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Event and fine dining experience in a high-volume setting
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Financially astute with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
  • Flexible, resilient, and thrives under pressure
