Monday - Friday
Salary: £42,800

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead an outstanding team in a prestigious 5* banking establishment. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service while maximizing commercial opportunities and leading a team to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Excellence: Ensure all hospitality and fine dining services exceed client expectations, supporting a range of events from buffets to fine dining dinners and canapé receptions.
  2. Team Management: Oversee staff levels, recruitment, training, motivation, and performance appraisals to create a positive team culture and a productive work environment.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Manage hospitality areas, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
  4. Financial Management: Assist the General Manager in achieving financial targets, preparing business forecasts, and managing budgets effectively.
  5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards, including hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Attend monthly meetings in the absence of the General Manager.
  2. Ensure all staff are well-trained in safe working practices and compliant with health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Will have a proven track record in hospitality management.
  2. Strong leadership and team development skills.
  3. Ability to manage financial targets and budgets.
  4. Knowledgeable in health and safety and legislative requirements.
