£32,000 - £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

We are delighted to offer this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunity – full training will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve the Trainer/Assessor award.

Essential Criteria:

1. Must have experience of working as a General Manager or similar Management role within a high-end Hotel setting.
2. Confident to deliver training to groups of learners online and in person / group based setting.
3. Ideally be a qualified and experienced Assessor of Hospitality Apprenticeships (desirable)
4. For unqualified candidates; experience of providing on-the-job training to colleagues/learning and development.
5. Happy and confident to support learners with Functional Skills.
6. Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery.
7. Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
8. Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

1. Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Hospitality Management Apprenticeships - Level 4.
2. Support learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
3. Conduct group based online and face to face observations/training sessions with learners.
4. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
5. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress/reviews.
6. Support, advise and motivate learners.
7. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
8. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
