Key Responsibilities

The Hospitality Host is a key member of the club house team with the following key responsibilities:

1. To provide excellent hospitality to all guests.
2. Maintain a positive customer-focused service and attitude.
3. Develop product knowledge to offer a truly memorable guest experience through a professional, friendly, and courteous service.
4. Engage with all guests as a hospitality host, including a professional and friendly meet and greet when entering the club house.
5. Be an active member of our events team.
6. Maintain the highest standards of customer service while maintaining the Get Golfing Ethos at all times.
7. Carry out daily clubhouse operations processing customer orders and event service.
8. Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets.
9. Enjoy working within the club house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members, and visitors.

3. Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team player.
4. Available to work a rotation of peak shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Familiarisation & Onboarding

1. Visit relevant local Get Golfing venues to learn Get Golfing ethos.
2. On-job work buddy during the first two weeks in each department (FOH, Kitchen, Events).
3. Welcome lunch with site managers and GM.
4. Welcome video call with Golf & Sales Director.
