Job description

At Jubilee Hospitality, we are looking for a Hospitality & Events Staffing Manager to oversee the running of the Hospitality Recruitment desk.

The suited candidate will work as part of the Reading team liaising with our hospitality clients, recruiting, and organizing staff and logistics for events.

As a Hospitality & Events Recruiter you will earn 25K- 27K basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission.

This could be perfect for someone who has supervisory or managerial experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Contract Catering or Events.

Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant in Reading Highlights:

  • Successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a thriving recruiter within a well-established team.
  • Base salary of around GBP27,000 + uncapped bonus.
  • Realistic earnings can be anywhere between GBP35,000 to GBP55,000+ once fully established.
  • Monday to Friday Office Hours.
  • Occasional on call hours - on average 1 week every 2 months on a rota basis.
  • Working within a company that has 20 years of history supporting hospitality clients across the UK.
  • Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) + approx. 5 additional days per year for on call time back.

Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant, required skills & experience:

  • Jubilee Hospitality are looking for a candidate with a real passion for the Hospitality & Events industry.
  • Successful candidates will have experience at supervisory or managerial level within the Catering/ Hospitality/ Events industry.
  • Successful Recruitment Consultant will require a driving licence and their own transport.
