Job description

Hospitality & Events Manager - Monday - Friday

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Hospitality and Event Manager to work with us at B&I site in London.

Location: EC2V 7QR
Rate of pay: £42,000 per annum, overtime available occasionally paid at x1.5
Working pattern: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and lead the team member of 10pax, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service.
  2. Work closely with the chef to ensure that all food offerings, from sandwich lunches to fine dining, are of the highest standard and meet client expectations.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of all events and hospitality services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and to the client’s satisfaction.
  4. Manage the operations of conference and event spaces, ensuring they are set up appropriately for each event and that all client needs are met during their meetings.

Previous experience within B&I or within Hotels is desirable.
