Hospital Social Worker

Our client, Slough Borough Council, is looking for a Hospital Social Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, reviews, DST, and panel work. Working in the office on Wednesdays and community work, so access to transport is needed.

Pay: Up to £35 per hour + Negotiable + Depending on Experience.
