The Role:

As a key member of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with consultants to deliver exceptional care to patients before and after their surgeries. Your expertise will directly impact the outcomes of refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal treatments. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Conducting comprehensive eye exams related to refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries
• Running acute and follow-up clinics, providing ongoing support to patients post-surgery
• Offering valuable health advice and guidance to patients attending the hospital
• Providing first-line clinical advice, ensuring smooth referrals to medical practitioners when needed

What You’ll Need:

• Full GOC registration as a qualified optometrist
• Extensive experience in refractive, high street, or hospital settings
• Proficiency with patient administration and electronic medical record systems
• Experience meeting conversion targets and KPIs in Vision Correction
• The right to work in the UK - We are unable to offer sponsorships for this role
