An exciting opportunity has arisen in the NPTS Service Group for a Service Manager within the Hospital Operation Division.
This role is diverse, fast-paced and plays a crucial role in operational success, ensuring day-to-day running of the hospital site across all disciplines and linking with key stakeholders.
The main base for the role will be at Neath Port Talbot Hospital, but cross-site cover may be required to support, if required, the Singleton Hospital Site. The individual will provide a high-quality service supporting Health & Safety, EPRR and site business, representing the Division in a range of Health Board working groups and meetings.
The role is critical in establishing positive relationships, solutions and pathways with the service areas, maintaining contract relationships and monitoring performance with the PFI contractor at NPTH.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is confident and professional, and can make key decisions at a high standard that will enable them to challenge, motivate, influence and inspire colleagues at all levels, supporting the NPTSSG vision for the hospital.
