Start Date: 3rd March - Ongoing
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Role: Wards-based

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in South Wales. This exciting role offers a great opportunity to work in a hospital setting, providing vital support to the clinical teams on the wards.

Key Requirements:

1. GPHC Registration
2. Prior hospital/ward-based pharmacy experience is essential
3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering expert pharmaceutical services across hospital wards
2. Reviewing and dispensing prescriptions
3. Supporting clinical teams with advice on medication management
4. Ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for patients
