Job Title: Horticulture Technician

This is a Part Time Term Time position working 18.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per year.

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 to 16, set in its own 60-acre site with a working farm, gardens, workshops, and sports facilities.

We are looking for a well-organised, practical, and understanding individual to join the Academy as a Technician. The main purpose of the Technician role is to assist in the teaching, delivery, and maintenance of the department, predominantly supporting Horticulture, but also supporting the DT and Art departments when required.

You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in literacy and numeracy, with experience of dealing with young people. Experience of supporting students within an educational setting would be an advantage.
