They are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse to lead their nursing and residential home in Gateshead as a Home Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and independence, while also achieving business results.

Main Duties of the Job

The Home Manager will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents. They will need to balance the running of a caring and empathetic service with achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate, and have experience working in the healthcare sector. They should be driven, motivated, and possess strong leadership and management qualities.
