We are looking for a Home Manager to run a well-established elderly care home based in the historical industrial town of Derby, Derbyshire. Who are we looking for?

You will either be a Home Manager who has experience of managing a residential home or, a Deputy Manager who is looking to take the next step in your career. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 and be able to evidence they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.

Being the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are adhered to. Whilst also ensuring that the environment is compliant with the local governing bodies.

Due to the nature of the role, it is vital for the successful person to have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service. If you are a Home Manager with an active RGN Pin, this will be desired however not essential. Experience of running a nursing home will be crucial with your application.

Summary:

We are looking for a Home Manager to join our valued client and run their stunning care home in the Derbyshire area. In return you will be compensated a salary of circa £65,000 per annum + additional benefits, which will be discussed at interview stage.
