Who are we looking for?

The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an extremely well-performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards a Good or Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes with consistently good or above CQC reports. Requirements

1. 3 Plus years Home Manager Experience
2. Experience managing Nursing/Residential homes, however PIN not essential
3. CQC reports of Good or Above
4. Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management
5. Elderly Nursing/dementia home management experience

Location

The role is based around West Winch and is therefore commutable from North Wooton, Pott Row, Blackborough End, Setchey, Wiggenhall St Germans, Walpole St Andrew, Flitcham, Sandringham West Newton and surrounding areas.
