As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for commissioning a new nursing home for the elderly in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commissioning and setting up a new nursing home for the elderly in West Sussex
2. Recruiting and training a team of dedicated staff members
3. Ensuring the smooth running of the home and maintaining high standards of care
4. Managing budgets and resources effectively
5. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
7. Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting
2. Proven track record of successfully commissioning a new service
3. Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
4. Strong leadership and management skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
7. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
8. A passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
