2. Owned by a leading UK care provider, support at every level
3. Rated at 4's with CI
4. Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia & mental health issues

The Nursing home manager will have 24/7 responsibility of the Care home, managing all aspects of resident & staff care alongside a supportive senior management team. You will manage all HR issues, training & supervisions along with ensuring continuing success of CI grades & occupancy.

About you:

1. Nurse with an active PIN or Nursing Home Mgmt experience
2. Experienced Home Manager of at least 2 years
3. Experience in achieving good CI grades
4. Excellent CI & private market knowledge
5. Personable, fab communication skills & a passion for care
6. Experienced people manager, proven track record of improving occupancy
