To join us as Home Manager you will have inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person centred care, with a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement. We are looking for:

4. Excellent organisational and management skills
5. Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience
6. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
7. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
8. Experience creating strong links within the local community
