BRAND NEW HOME - MANAGER WILL BE INVOLVED WITH THE COMMISSIONING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOME.

I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated complex care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their large sized nursing home / care home in the Milton Keynes area.

I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well-established care home with a fantastic reputation in the Milton Keynes area.

The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to residents with nursing and dementia care. The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / complex care / dementia care. Any commissioning experience would be advantageous.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Should be a qualified RGN OR RMN
2. Strong care home management skills
3. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting
4. Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills
5. Strong CQC knowledge
6. Experience of managing compliant care homes
7. Nursing and dementia care experience
