As a Residential Home Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring residents' needs are met.
2. Manage and support staff, providing guidance and supervision.
3. Recruit and onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Work with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria.
5. Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing strategies.
6. Submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, and staffing.
7. Collaborate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure high standards in the home.

1. Have at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.

5. Understand safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate requirements.
6. Be a passionate, driven, and resilient leader with excellent communication skills.
