Overview

Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Manager with a background in the home remodeling industry to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will oversee the sales process, develop effective strategies, and cultivate a culture of exceptional sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives in our kitchen reface division, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive sales performance.
  • Conduct weekly ride-alongs with sales reps to provide feedback, coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze closing rates to identify trends and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Act as a supportive coach and mentor, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide personalized development opportunities.
  • Be prepared to actively participate in generating and closing sales leads alongside the sales representatives.
  • Assist sales reps in closing sales by providing guidance, negotiating strategies, and leveraging your expertise in the home remodeling industry.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of in-home sales experience (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the home remodeling industry (required).
  • Knowledge of kitchen reface remodeling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading a successful sales team, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Reliable transportation with a clean DMV record and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
