Salary – Competitive plus up to 20% bonus

As General Manager you’ll be accountable for the people, performance, operations and compliance at our amazing Newark Home Delivery Centre.
You’ll directly control the operational performance of your Home Delivery Centre operating within agreed budgets. You'll empower and coach your direct reports (Operations Managers) who will oversee First Line Managers and teams consisting of drivers, gas, specialist, warehouse and support colleagues. You’ll also manage the relationships with delivery and agency partners and together you’ll make sure your varied teams are always striving to get it Right First Time and deliver the best service for our customers.
