An established organization dedicated to community service is seeking a proactive individual to manage Home Care Packages. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and administrative support. Your organizational skills and customer service orientation will be crucial in monitoring package approvals and maintaining client relationships. Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totaling 22.8 Hours per week.
Competitive Salary: $72,796.59 p.a. / pro-rata + 11.5% superannuation.
Location: Council offices in Sandringham and Carnegie, with the flexibility to undertake some occasional work from home.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their carers regarding Home Care Packages, supporting all administrative processes and responding to incoming emails, phone calls, and mail enquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will monitor the approval and assignment of home care packages to prospective clients.
