About the Role

As a Support Worker, your role will be essential in helping clients adjust to life at home and live independently. You will provide compassionate care, encourage self-sufficiency, and be a trusted support during their recovery. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  1. Travelling to clients' homes to deliver the highest quality of care.
  2. Providing emotional and physical support, promoting self-care and life skills in a safe and empowering environment.
  3. Performing light housekeeping and supporting clients with their daily tasks.
  4. Recording and monitoring progress, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who are:

  1. Kind, compassionate, and reliable, with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  2. Able to work alternate weekends or every weekend, with flexible shifts from 7 am - 2 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm.
  3. Comfortable with personal care tasks, such as bathing and toileting.
  4. Confident working alone or as part of a team, with a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
