About the role

At Kingsley Home Care Services, we believe in taking care of our carers just as they care for our clients. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we’re proud to offer some of the most competitive pay in the area:

1. Hourly Rate: £14.50 (rising to £15.00 with attendance bonus – see below)
2. Mileage: 35p per mile
3. Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra 50p per hour for 100% attendance in the payroll month (18th-17th), increasing your rate to £15.00 per hour
4. Fully Paid Training & Uniforms – no experience required
5. Use of a Pool Car*

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

1. Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
2. Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
3. Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

1. A caring, patient nature
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to stay calm under pressure
4. Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
5. Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
