Residential Surveyor – Home-Based | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

This is not your standard surveyor job.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that values innovation and client care in equal measure. Working from home, you'll manage your own time, supported by smart tech like iPads and GoReport to streamline admin and help you focus on what you do best - delivering top-notch residential valuations and surveys.

The Work
You'll carry out a mix of:
• Mortgage valuations
• RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys
• Red Book valuations
• Disrepair reports

There’s a good blend of private client and lender work, making your day more varied - and more rewarding.

What We’re Looking For
• MRICS or FRICS qualified (we’ll consider AssocRICS if you’re close)
• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong working knowledge of residential valuation and survey tools (Quest, GoReport, RightMove tools, BCIS, etc.)
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building client relationships

Experience in party wall awards, project management or development appraisals? Even better.
