Home And Complex Care Worker

We are currently recruiting Home and Complex Care Workers to work in Sutton Coldfield.

As a Home and Complex Care Worker, you would be making a difference by helping to enable people in your local community to live as independently as possible in their homes by providing the best standards of care and support. This would involve:

1. Assisting with all aspects of personal care,
2. Assisting with meal preparation,
3. Medication management,
4. Shopping,
5. Light household tasks.

Offering companionship too, which means you would need to be caring, compassionate & empathetic.

We provide full training, so whether you are an experienced Care Worker or fancy a change in career and believe you have the empathy for this exciting and rewarding career, we would love to hear from you!

A full clean driving licence would be an advantage as this role does involve travelling.
