Job Summary

As a holiday park attendant, you will be supporting all areas of the holiday park. Being approachable and empathetic to all guests as they pass through the holiday park reception.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opening and closing the office
2. Processing payments and end of day Banking
3. Taking and processing swimming pool bookings
4. Taking Swimming pool readings and ensuring the readings taken are done and recorded correctly
5. Using the data read to feedback should we need some support with chlorine levels ensuring good water quality
6. Regular toilet checks to maintain cleanliness is maintained
7. System use and stock knowledge
8. Following GDPR Guidelines
9. Preparing daily reports
10. Able to remain calm and focused under pressure
11. Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine area making sure it's stocked up fully and is clean and well presented
12. Selling pool supplies such as arm bands, goggles, inflatables
13. Keeping the pool area tidy throughout the day
14. Reporting damages or incidents to your manager
15. Monitoring the activities of guests and ensuring their safety
16. Setting up umbrellas, loungers and other pool furniture
17. Serving ice-cream to guests
18. Serving guests in the Deerhouse Restaurant
19. Any other duties as and when required
    
    

GENERAL

1. Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
2. Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
3. Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
4. Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
5. Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment
6. Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.
