Manage the Team Bringing Holiday Home Ownership to Life!

At Parkdean Resorts, we're not just selling holiday homes - we're passionate about ensuring our owners can holiday like they mean it, whenever they want. As our Holiday Homes Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of making that magic happen. This isn't just about hitting targets; it's about guiding a team to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality.

You'll be the resilient strength behind a buzzing sales office - planning marketing campaigns, managing your team like a pro, and making sure every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you'll own every step of the journey, making sure it's smooth, memorable and above all, enjoyable.

So, why Parkdean Resorts?

Well, besides the one-of-a-kind team culture, stunning locations across the UK, and the chance to work with the UK's largest holiday park organisation, we can offer:

  • Great earning potential with a life-changing commission structure and bonus scheme.
  • The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 56 parks - we've got your back when it comes to training at our Holiday Home Sales Academy!
  • Enjoy the chance to win amazing rewards, including luxury trips abroad and exclusive UK getaways, as part of our spot incentive programs!
  • A 50% discount for you and a 25% discount for friends and family when booking your holiday with us.
  • A team member discount of 30%, available on everything from fabulous food to delicious drinks and even our fun leisure activities.
  • Score awesome discounts! From tasty meal kits like Hello Fresh to your favourite local gyms, we've got deals on lots of brands just for you.
  • You're never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme! It comes with a 24/7 confidential helpline for counselling and support - because your wellbeing is our top priority.

We want to be a force for good and caring for our parks, people, and planet is a natural component of the way we do business. We celebrate our people, communities and natural environment, enabling us to enhance the amazing memories we create for many years to come.

What you will be doing...

  • Spearhead and inspire your team to exceed targets and make customers feel amazing every step of the way.
  • Plan creative marketing campaigns and keep on top of seasonal trends, contributing to strategic plans for shows and events.
  • Answer questions, show people around, offer funding options, and make sure handovers and after-sales care are outstanding.
  • Use sales stats to find what's working (and what's not) to help the team keep smashing it.
  • Manage stock, marketing, and the day-to-day stuff to keep things running smoothly.
  • Stay safe and help keep everyone - customers, team, and visitors - happy and protected.

It's important to mention that to be successful in this role you will have to be open to working when the park is busy, which is on weekends and during holidays.
