An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) behaviour specialist who is hardworking, ambitious, and inspiring.

Job Description:

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:00pm, term-time only
• ASAP Start

The schools are large primary schools in the Boroughs of Harrow with a very diverse community. They are looking for a warm, caring individual to add to their strong reputation of celebrating every child’s uniqueness.

The school is very lively and has a lot of room for personal development.

Job Role:

• You will be required to work with children who have challenging needs.
• You will be supported and will be joining a well experienced team.
• 12-months reference-able experience is essential
• The role requires a confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.

Skills needed:

• 12 months experience of working in a school environment.
• NVQ HLTA -behaviour specialist or equivalent in Childcare.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults.
• Working constructively as part of a team
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
