HLTA needed in Pleasley, Derbyshire.

Do you want the chance to lead intervention classes for young students within primary education and support children in a 1:1 capacity?

Academics are supporting local primary schools in and surrounding the area of Pleasley, Derbyshire who are searching for a motivated and kind-hearted HLTA (Level 4) to support their education and training. Could that be you?

If you have recently completed a BA Hons Degree in Education or you hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4), then Academics have the role for you.

This type of role requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, the ability to maintain engagement from pupils, and creative methods to keep pupils on course.

This HLTA (Level 4) post is extremely rewarding; you will receive:

What do we need from you?

1. Evidence of your highest academic achievement (BA Hons Degree, HLTA (Level 4) qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
2. References from your most recent employer/education covering the past 24 months
3. A positive attitude
4. Experience supporting and leading children across EYFS to Year 6
5. Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
