Your Role as a Supply HLTA:

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Lead small group activities and provide targeted support to students.
3. Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour.
4. Assist with the preparation of learning materials.
5. Provide cover for teachers when required (under the guidance of the school).
