The Role:
We are seeking an HLTA to work within either EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) or Key Stage 2 (KS2), depending on your experience and preference. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Leading small group interventions and supporting individual pupils
Assisting with planning and assessing learning activities
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a primary school setting - EYFS or KS2 experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
