Key Requirements:

1. HLTA qualification or equivalent
2. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to support individual and small groups of children
4. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
5. Passion for supporting students' learning and development
6. A proactive, flexible approach to your work

Role Overview:

In this full-time HLTA role, you will be working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support to students. You will provide individual and small group interventions, assisting with lesson delivery, classroom management, and the creation of engaging learning resources. You will play a key role in ensuring students' progress and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.
