Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a HLTA to join a partnership Primary School in Kings Norton. This full-time role is starting ASAP and is continuing until the end of the academic year. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across the primary age range. As a HLTA you will be responsible for:

1. Delivering lessons set out by the class teacher
2. Providing classroom support
3. Supporting pupils' academic and personal development within EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
4. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
5. Collaborating with teachers and staff to provide tailored support for students.
6. Upholding the school's values and contributing to its positive ethos.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4 or higher).
2. Experience working in a primary school setting within Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
3. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
4. Excellent behaviour management skills.
5. Commitment to ensuring a high standard of education and student development.
6. Previous UK school experience is essential.

Working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
