Monday - Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm)

The Role - High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) | Abingdon

As an HLTA, you'll have the chance to take on more responsibility, lead learning, and support both teachers and students in a meaningful way. If you're tired of feeling like just another TA and want to step up, this is the perfect role for you.

1. Plan and deliver learning activities under the Abingdon teacher guidance
2. Lead whole classes and small groups when needed
3. Support students with diverse learning needs

Who We're Looking For

1. HLTA qualification/certificate required OR 10 years of solid experience working with children
2. If qualified, at least 1 year of experience working in schools
3. A confident, adaptable Abingdon HLTA who can think on their feet
4. Someone who wants to grow and develop in their career
