Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Manage the behaviour of students to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
• Act as a role model and foster positive relationships with students and staff, especially if you're a History Graduate helping students connect with history
• Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
• Quickly establish rapport with students to support their learning, particularly in history-related subjects

Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:

• A degree in History (or any related subject) - perfect for a History Graduate
• Previous experience working with young people
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for supporting students in their educational journey as a History Graduate
