Job Description:

Mediplacements is looking for a skilled and experienced band 6 Histology Biomedical Scientist to fill an ongoing locum role in our client's laboratory based in Yorkshire. This position is due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of £28-£30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  1. Must have Histology experience
  2. Routine Section cutting

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and have experience with histology techniques such as embedding, sectioning, staining, and reporting of histology specimens. They must also be familiar with the use of a range of laboratory equipment and be able to troubleshoot and maintain them as required.
