The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hydra Estiatorio. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and support the front-of-house team to ensure service excellence.
  2. Guest Experience: Lead by example to provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guests.
  3. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to implement promotions, events, and service enhancements.
  5. Problem Solving: Address guest feedback and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
  6. Financial Accountability: Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses in alignment with budget goals.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a management role within a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
  2. Service Expertise: Strong understanding of food, wine, and spirits with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
  4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  5. Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
