Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries professionally via and email.
  • Accurately input order and collection details into the system.
  • Collaborate with the service and transport teams to ensure plant availability meets customer demand.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and act as a helpful point of contact for depot-related queries.
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers to secure the best terms.
