Role:
Provide logistical support and organisation of day-to-day operations within the pump rental department.
Organise transport and transport records to ensure the smooth collection and rental of pump equipment, services, and related products/services.
Liaise with various engineering departments, for example, sales, service, projects, finance, procurement, and more to ensure smooth running of branch rental operations.
Be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience as a hire controller, rental controller, rental coordinator, equipment controller, service coordinator, hire coordinator, technical support engineer, logistics planner, transport controller, service planner, rental planner, or similar administrative support role.
Administrative, logistical, and support experience ideally within an engineering industry.
Good planning and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various engineering departments.
Any technical knowledge of pumps, pump systems, or related mechanical engineering rental equipment would be highly advantageous.
Strong level of IT competency including the ability to work with booking systems, Excel spreadsheets, and more.
